What's e-start-up?

E-start-up is a free service of the USP, which can be used to legally form a company online.

Founders can carry out the entire start-up process online via the USP. The forms, questionnaires and information required for this are available centrally via the "e-start-up" service in the USP.

This offer is currently available for sole proprietors, single-member GmbH or single-member FlexCo as per section 9 of the GmbH-Gesetz.

  All forms and documents are available digitally. Submit them online, directly to the proper authorities. Save time with prefilled data from official registers. Personal appearance isn't necessary anymore.

  Create a USP start-up-account and manage the official process online. Select the legal form you wish to establish und get access to all required forms and infos automatically. You will be guided step-by-step and can check the status at all times.

  Simplified start-up

  Start your GmbH or FlexCo without a notary. A notarial deed and the attestation for the Austrian commercial register are not required. This is an exclusive offer of the Unternehmensserviceportal.
